The short version
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site so we can improve it. We do not run marketing or advertising pixels. The other third-party cookies on this site come from the embedded Google Map on our Contact page, set by Google.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used — for example which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from, and whether people find what they need. This helps us improve the site.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors. We have IP addresses anonymised and do not use the data to personally identify you. You can opt out across all sites using Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies as described below.
WhatsApp & external links
Clicking a 'Message Daniel on WhatsApp' button opens the WhatsApp app or wa.me website on your device. We do not see anything about the click (no cookies are set by us when you click), and we only see your message once you actively send it via WhatsApp.
What we don't use
Beyond Google Analytics, we don't use Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any advertising or remarketing trackers on this site.
We don't sell or share your analytics data with advertisers.
